Number of People
Snowy Creek townhome has three bedrooms (see Floorplans) and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.
Payment
Payment To secure your reservation, a Deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. A 25% deposit is due at time of booking - Balance is due and payable 60 days prior to arrival. We take Visa, American Express or direct bank transfer.
Damage Deposit
For the Damage Deposit, an authorization of $500 will be debited to your credit card. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, property damage, or long-distance telephone calls, the authorization will be voided approximately one week after your departure.
Taxes
Canada’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5 percent is applicable. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 10 percent (hotel tax) is not applicable for this property, since it is a private rental.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your reservation within two days.
Cancellation
The Deposit (equal to one night’s accommodation, see above) is not refundable. If you cancel fewer than 60 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. We do not give refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
Customer Discretion
We require at least one guest in the unit to be over 25 years old. A reservation is for a specific number of guests. Parties larger than the agreed number at time of booking will be subject to eviction unless there was a confirmed prior arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property abuse. Please be considerate and observe quiet time of 11 p.m. to 8 a.m..
Liability
The booking guest and all members of the said guest’s party (the “Guests”) agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. We (the “Property Owner”) reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. We (the “Property Owner”) shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner, and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
Arrival and Departure Times
You can arrive anytime after 4 p.m. on the first day of your stay. Please depart by 10 a.m. on the last day of your stay. These times are flexible if we do not have any bookings immediately before or after yours.
Housekeeping and Other Services
Snowy Creek is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. During your stay, additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at C$75 per cleaning.
Parking
A single-car garage is in the lower level of the Snowy Creek, plus there is a pass for parking one vehicle on the street. If you have any questions about our Rates and Policies, please contact us.
